performance has been fundamental to my work since the beginning, and remains so.
in fact many of the things I feel to be true about art in general derive from performance theory. you learn a lot about art by being it yourself.
it is always good for the work to perform poetry and prose, as well as theatre. I think that aesthetic pleasure in words is linked to a sense of breath and the only way to realistically investigate this aspect of taste is in performance. if you collapse, your sentences are too long.
I rely on others to film my performances so please excuse the brevity of this selection, especially as it relates to a performance practice that has sustained for many years. I hope to extend this section soon using still images. like the rest of the site it is constantly under construction. exclamation mark.

I have never seen the wild goose sailing over the ocean
